Despite the multitude of computer challenges with which I confronted Mr. Medeiros, he remained steadfast in his enthusiasm to resolve my troubles while keeping a most professional demeanor. For me, there remains a fair bit of apprehension when it comes to the mishaps that can occur to ones’ computer, but this ZenPC Service specialist was able to bring harmony to the chaos that once seemed overwhelming. Patty has been a faithful client of mine since 2004. I've have performed all sorts of work for her, such as installing windows XP on a computer that she received that was stripped of an operating system; we've also cleaned out spyware and removed viruses from her pc and even made sure her new house, which she rents rooms out in, had a reliable wireless network. Most recently ZenPC Services installed and configured 2 computers that belonged to one of her roommates on her wireless network. The end result was one of pure satisfaction when everyone was happily online in their separate rooms and no longer had to share the one computer in the study.

Elizabeth had just recently purchased an HP Pavilion Notebook and was experiencing some difficulties getting the notebook to charge its battery. Her call came in at about 8:30pm on a Friday night. I was at her house at 9pm and had diagnosed the problem to be a faulty A/C adapter cord. She wasn't sure what happened to it but it looked like it might be a bit damaged. I told her we'd get a replacement on Saturday morning and get her operational as soon as possible. The client's notebook was charging and running smoothly again by Saturday afternoon. She was amazed at how speedy the service was and really appreciated us understanding that her laptop was very important to her and that she needed it up and running.
