ZenPC Services Detailed Service Descriptions

Diagnostic $39

This service includes a thorough diagnostic of the hardware and software. The technician will then report their findings to the client and advice on what the best course of action would be in order to solve any problems found during the diagnostic.

Advanced Diagnostic & Repair $179

This service includes a very thorough examination of both the hardware components and software. Included in this service are labor expenses for any hardware that is found to be faulty during the diagnostic. The computer will be wiped clean of any spyware and viruses as optimized for performance. ZenPC Services recommended anti-virus and anti-spyware software can be installed per client request free of charge.

New PC Setup n' Secure $189

This service includes the setup and configuration of 1 new computer, 1 peripheral such as a camera, printer or external backup device and the configuration of anti-virus and anti-spyware software. Open source or free anti-virus and anti-spyware software can be installed per client request if no software is provided. Service also includes secure setup of computer on wired or wireless network and optimization for maximum performance.

Wired/Wireless Card Installation $49

This service includes the installation and setup of a wireless or wired network card.

Operating System Installation $99

This service includes the installation of a Windows operating system onto a desktop or laptop. Installation includes downloading all updates, patches and security fixes along with driver updates and hardware functionality testing within the operating system.

PC Optimization $39

This service includes the optimizing and tweaking of windows for increased performance and stability. Software will be used to wipe computer of all temporary files, bad registry entries and other junk files. Defragmentation and BIOS optimization are also included as part of this service.

Hardware Installation $59

This service includes the installation of any 1 piece of hardware. Installation will include physical placement of device, testing of device functionality and driver installation

Network Setup (2 Computers) $99

This service includes the setup of 2 computers onto a wireless or wired network. Testing of network functionality is included along with printer sharing setup and testing.

Security & Performance Check $99

This service includes the removal and disinfection any viruses and spyware found on a computer. Computer operating system will also be tweaked and optimized for increased performance. ZenPC Services recommended anti-virus and anti-spyware software can be installed per customer request free of charge.

Memory Upgrade $39

This service includes the installation and testing of new memory module(s).

Physical PC Clean-up $39

This service includes the cleaning of the exterior and interior of a desktop or laptop computer. Monitor cleaning also included along with keyboard and mouse.

Printer Installation $39

This service includes the installation of an inkjet, multi-function or laser printer onto a network or single computer. Networking sharing setup for up to 2 computers is also included.

One Time Data Backup $99

This service includes the copying of up to 9.4GB of your important data onto CD/DVD or your own external hard drive.
