Elizabeth had just recently purchased an HP Pavilion Notebook and was experiencing some difficulties getting the notebook to charge its battery. Her call came in at about 8:30pm on a Friday night. ZenPC Services was at her house at 9pm and had diagnosed the problem to be a faulty A/C adapter cord. She wasn't sure what happened to it but it looked like it might be a bit damaged. We told her we'd get a replacement on Saturday morning and get her operational as soon as possible. The client's notebook was charging and running smoothly again by Saturday afternoon. She was amazed at how speedy the service was and really appreciated us understanding that her laptop was very important to her and that she needed it up and running.
