What Happens During A Free Consultation?

During a free consultation a Field Technician will come to your home or business and assess your technology troubles and needs. The technician may take notes in order to properly determine what the best route of action will be and will write you an estimate. We will usually follow-up via e-mail with the final copy of the service proposal.

What If What I Need Done Isn't On Your List Of Services?

The list on this site is not a complete list of what we do. If we cannot create a fair flat rate for what you may need performed there is always the option to establish an hourly rate or a contractual price for the service.

Yes! We can come to your home and figure out exactly what cables you need then replace them on the spot or order them for you.

Currently we've yet to add a Apple Technician to our team. Hence, we do not service Apple products at this time. Sorry.

I Have A Busy Schedule And Can't Wait Around All Day For You To Show Up. Can You Work Around My Schedule?

Fortunately we aren't the telephone company. Yes, we can totally work around your schedule. We can even pencil you in on weekends and we will give you a firm appointment time. ZenPC Services doesn't do "windows" of time like some companies.

Where Are You Located And Do You Have A Store Front?

We are located locally in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho and we do not have a conventiontal storefront. Instead we have an in-home shop. We focus on providing convenient on-site repair services, but in the case that shop time is needed we utilize our in-home service shop for services. We provide pickup and drop off services free of charge in instances when shop service time is needed. Due to the nature of our service offerings a storefront is not a necessity.

I'm Really Worried About The Security Of My Data. What Is Your Policy On Data Privacy?

The security and privacy of your data is our top priority here at ZenPC Services. We completely respect the privacy of client's data and perform a full backup in the case that a major repair is needed. We will not access, copy, or compromise the privacy and security of your data in any way shape or form when we perform a service. When we perform a data backup for you with our own equipment you can rest assured that the data is securely wiped by government grade software. We do not keep backups of your data longer than the duration of the service.
